Weddings at Brocket Hall are always special, and Lisa and Michael’s was no exception. Their ceremony was down the road at St Mary’s Church in Old Welwyn, where we were allowed to respectfully photograph the entire service. It was very moving, with Lisa just about holding back her tears. She looked amazing in her Stephanie Allin gown, and Micheal brushed up well too.
Then off to a blustery Brocket Hall, with MC Neil Hunt keeping everything running smoothly. We always work closely with MCs, as we too want to keep everything on time, especially as far as the chef is concerned! Phil Thomson oversees the kitchen at Brocket Hall, and his food is always exceptional. Lisa and Michael kindly treated us to all three delicious courses!
Photographing weddings at Brocket Hall is always a pleasure. There are magnificent interiors to play in, and stunning grounds to roam in. The classic bridge over the lake is always a focal point, and we had a chance to walk down there later in the day with Lisa and Michael. You’ll see the moon in one of the shots below. Our day ended with the dancing well under way, and everybody having a great time!
Here are a few of my favourites from the day.
