Becky and Albert – an East Sussex wedding

August 18, 2011

Becky and Albert were married in St Clement’s Church, right in the middle of the Old Town of Hastings. A truly East Sussex wedding! So central, in fact, that I took a taxi, as parking in the holiday (and Hastings Festival) season is impossible! A fabulous, hot and sunny day, we had made time to walk into the lanes, firstly to do our family group shots, and then to have an hour or so of photo time with Becky and Albert. We reprised our pre-wedding shoot and found locations we knew would look great in their wedding outfits! Becky and Albert’s beautiful wedding rings were made by Harriet Kelsall.
We then went off to Bodiam Castle and as the sun began to set we clambered about within the ruins to create some stunning images for their album. Becky and Albert’s reception was in a marquee in an adjacent field, and the party went on well into the night. An amazing day…

Hi Timothy, Thankyou for complimenting my beautiful bride. I am a very lucky man. We thought the locations were great for our wedding are so lucky to have them close to home. Steve did a fantastic job with the pictures.

Great lighting in these photos. Beautiful bride. I love the candid shots with the bride in groom. Very unique locations.

Gorgeous photos Steve, I can't decide whether the fairground or one of the Bodium Castle (it is Bodium castle isn't it?) shots is my favourite!
