Finally I have got round to sending this!

Paul and I just wanted to thank you so much for being exactly what we wanted our wedding photographer to be. I know it is nearly 18 months since that rainy day at The Bay Tree last August, but now we have our final album I just had to write formally to say how impressed we were with the whole ‘Steve Shipman’ experience, and of course the amazing photographs!

Every part of the service from our first meeting at the wedding fayre, right through to choosing our layout for the book was professional and personal and made us feel very special – we couldn’t have wished for anything more. Everyone who has seen our shots has commented on them and we feel so lucky to have such artistic and glamorous keepsakes from our day. We watched the DVD back on our first anniversary, through a few joyful tears (!) and enjoyed reliving some memories! We wouldn’t hesitate recommending you to any bride and groom – we are only sorry we can’t do it all again (although there is always vow renewal, so you never know!)

We are thrilled with our final album and look forward to showing it to Lola in years to come. You really captured the day, the mood and the atmosphere and somehow made it seem easy! We felt at ease from the moment you arrived and we wouldn’t have wanted to share such an intimate occasion with any other photographer. You are obviously passionate about what you do – and it shines through in your manner and your shots, in short we think you are FABULOUS!!

Hi Steve

Hope all is well.

Just wanted to drop you a quick email regarding our wedding photos Vicky came and collected yesterday. We sat down last night to watch the dvd slideshow and we couldn’t be happier if we tried, madam consumed several tissues keeping her eyes dry! I had no doubt you’d do a fantastic job and you certainly came up trumps. I think you did a excellent job of capturing the day and I can’t really put into words how pleased we both are.

The actual day went perfectly from our point of view, apart from the fact it was over too quickly! Yourself and Dana were brilliant on the day and looking at the photos you must have been everywhere, capturing all the aspects of the day without anybody really noticing you were there! Your professionalism, enthusiasm and guidance on the day made everything go so smoothly.

Please pass on our thanks again to Dana for all her hard work on the day and thank you for providing us with a set of photos that captured the wedding so perfectly and remind us of our special day.

Really where can we start, Quite simply you are fantastic!
No doubt about it, you have provided us with the best possible record of our Wedding day. We can feel the fun, love and laughter every time we look at your beautiful pictures.

Hi Steve,

Many thanks for sending the photo discs and book. We have looked through all of them (many times now!) and we absolutely love them. They are fantastic and really capture the fun that everyone had on the day its self.
I’ve also had a number of people say that they spoke to you and Dana, had their photos taken and said that you were great with them, so thanks very much for helping our guests feel so comfortable. The smiles and laughing in the photos reflects this. The portraits are also beautiful and we are really struggling deciding which ones to send to family / print off / put up on our walls! Spoiled for choice!

We are absolutely delighted with the results.  The images are outstanding and we are both very impressed by what you managed to capture that day.  They really look like “us” and we are both especially happy that we look so natural together in the shots.

I just want to say that we cannot thank you and Dana enough for capturing our magical day with such stunning photography. While away on our honeymoon I started to worry that I would forget parts of the day, it is such a euphoric experience that it is difficult to absorb every detail on the day. I need not have worried! When we received our package from you and watched the slideshow, we really felt the emotion of the day all over again. Everyone who has seen the photos has agreed that they are stunning and have been so impressed that you captured every special moment in such beautiful way. We had a really tight budget but we knew from the start that we wanted to get the very best photographer could and were prepared to sacrifice other elements of the day in order to do so. We got the photos and because I was on call we had to wait until the weekend to look at them. They are simply AMAZING!!!. We couldn’t be more thrilled.
