Crystal and Daniel’s Hertfordshire engagement portrait session

Crystal and Daniel booked me for their Hertfordshire wedding photography with under a month to go – it’s on a Wednesday so I can do it! I’m thrilled, Crystal is such fun, and Daniel is strong and steady for her. We quickly arranged their pre-wedding portraits, and arrived at Hertfordshire’s Hatfield House during the Henry Moore sculpture exhibition, which made for some great backgrounds. Dodging the raindrops, we had a good time getting to know each other, one of the most valuable reasons for having a pre-wedding portrait session. And, against expectations, Crystal and Daniel thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

We chatted to the stall holders, sampled lovely cheeses, and enjoyed the busy atmosphere. Here are some faves…

A London Civil Partnership for David and Hasz

David and Hasz had their London Civil Partnership at the beautiful 1 Great George Street just off Parliament Square in London, where I am proud to be one of their Preferred Suppliers of photography. David is Jewish and Hasz is Hindu, so David coined the phrase Hinjew Wedding to describe their extraordinary day. Preceded by the civil partnership ceremony itself, David and Hasz then had a Humanist blessing under the Chuppah, with Indian influences from Hasz’ family. It was beautiful, funny and touching and a pleasure to witness for the two guys and their families. Here are just a few favourites from the day…
